EaseAlchemy

Ease is your nature

Return to it

I help people and organisations to return to ease. Rooted in twenty-five years in health settings and ancestral wisdom.

Ease is the state your body returns to when the conditions allow it. It was there before the effort began, and it does not have to be earned.

The Iranian tradition has been carrying this understanding for more than three thousand years. It built daily life around the conditions that make ease possible. How a person thinks, how a person speaks, how a person acts. Humata, Hukhta, Hvarshta. Good thoughts, good words, good acts.

I bring that tradition together with twenty-five years of work in health settings. Everything I offer holds to one question. What would ease look like in your life, and what would help it return?

Sessions

Work with me directly on where ease lives in your life, where it has gone missing, and what would help it return.

Three Ways To Work With Me

Courses

A Practice of Ease. Five weeks on good thoughts, good words, and good actions. Online in November, in a small group. Applications close 18 October.

Organisational Consulting

I work with leaders and teams on the conditions that allow ease inside an organisation, and on who is holding it for the people producing it.

The tradition named these things first. Contemporary research confirms them, and it does not originate them.

Twelve Words for Ease

From the Iranian Tradition

Twelve words carried across Avestan, Farsi, and Arabic. Each one with its script, its etymology, and one small practice. The guide is free to read and to download.

Return to Ease

A conversation about ease and the conditions that allow it. Twice a month on Mondays, from 10 August 2026. The podcast will be available on Substack, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

Writing

I write each Monday on the tradition, on the conditions that create unease, and on the work of returning to ease.

Ease is your nature. Return to it.
